Description
Sol Plus 01 is a universal, high performance water soluble cutting fluid, high stability and excellent performance in adverse environments, humidity and pollution. Sol Plus 01 will form stable milky emulsions, low foaming, with EP and lubricating and anticorrosive properties. Sol Plus 01 contains additives that ensure a superior performance compared with conventional emulsions, when used in the recommended concentration.

Applications
Sol Plus 01 provides good lubrication and coolant properties thanks to its micro fine nature of the emulsion, improving penetration of the fluid into critical tool/chip interface, resulting in superior finish on components and extended tool life. Sol Plus 01 is recommended for
aluminium machining, including threading and MAPAL reaming operations. It is also suitable for steels and machining with nonferrous metals. Suitable for all type of CNC, transfer and metalworking machines.
