Stamping and forming fluid

FDX 12 is an evaporating oil with a low viscosity specially formulated for stamping and forming applications.

The main advantage of FDX 12is that parts do not need to be degreased. There is very little residue left on the parts and that will evaporate within a short period of time.

Applications

FDX 12 is suitable for lubrication during drawing, stamping and cutting of electrical and automotive components.

The main materials that are formed within this industry are steel, stainless steel and yellow metals.

FDX 12 can be applied pure with a brush or a similar application tool.
